Sarah brings an intuitive, compassionate curiosity to her approach as a therapist, equipped with an air of playfulness. She strives to embody an empathic, grounded presence that creates a safe container for exploration and inquiry. Her practice is rooted in the belief that every person has the wisdom and capacity within to heal. As such, she honours and respects the inner wisdom unique to each individual person.
Sarah is passionate about supporting clients in reconnecting to the wisdom within their bodies and living an embodied life in alignment with their values, while meeting all parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. Her approach is holistic and integrative, honouring the whole person and all layers of being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
As a psychotherapist, she has completed training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Informed Yoga and Integrative Somatic Trauma therapies. Her clinical orientation is somatic, mindfulness-based, and trauma-focused. She is in the process of completing certification as a Breathwave facilitator (a gentle style of Conscious Connected Breathwork). She offers Psychedelic Integration Therapy as a way to support those seeking to weave insights gained from non-ordinary states of consciousness in an embodied way.
